"American horror story" Star Morris Chestnut is in the hell of real estate... He only downloaded your Hidden Hills, CA home and got screwed 1 million dollars in the process. 43 Years old actor purchased square foot 5.522 excavations in 2007 for a whopping $3.30 million.
It must have seemed like a good investment at the time - 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, horse stables, a giant swimming pool... tennis... fruit trees... all nine yards.
Fast forward to Jan 2011... Brown tried to sell the estate of $3 million, but not pure. He finally managed to download it in July of 2012... but for a simple $2.30 billion, aka screw Figure 7 work.
