It is a shocking development - considering that both sides were trying to strip each other for custody. Tameka felt that the singer was an absent father who was too absorbed in his career to be a good dad. She also accused him of using drugs in front of children.
Usher argued that Tameka was inattentive and irresponsible.
The ruling puts an end to a trial of emotional custody - with insults and wild accusations... Usher broke even at a time on the witness stand.
But today, that tell us that a judge partnered with singer - grant primary custody of two sons of the former couple Usher, which means that children spend most of the time with his father.
Tameka still retains some rights custody - but is not clear the extent to which Tameka will be able to see their children.

TMZ obtained a tax lien filed by Uncle Sam, showing that o.j. failed to pay nearly $180 k in federal taxes from 2007 until 2010... While he was rotting away in a Nevada prison cell.
Here is the annual breakdown:
2007-$ 15,927.89
2008-$ 105,119.71
2009-$ 49,490.27
2010-$ 8,897.20
All totaled, Simpson allegedly due $179,435.07.
The charge is only the latest in a string of problems for football - armed star 7 months ago your FL House was seized in ... and he is still blocked by kidnapping, robbery and other charges in a Las Vegas 2007 incident.
In addition, he still owes millions to the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman ... because I know killed them.

Oxnard Police Department Commander Andrew Salinas says TMZ, that the tab covers a wide range of police and public safety services - official 6-8 staff on site daily from Monday to Friday... and 12 on weekends.
Salinas said that every day - reaching capacity on weekends... why the crowd of 3,000-12,000 fans camp ranges needed additional officers on Saturday and the Sunday.
They say the charges also include the use of vehicles, as well as a command center mobile (an impressive RV large equipment and radio systems and stuff)... a favorite player.

Ol' Fashioned Beat Jacking! Hip-hop producer Infamous produced a song for The Game's most recent mixtape -- the only problem is he claims never got paid for it ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
According to a lawsuit filed in California, Infamous (real name Marco Rodriguez) claims he did work for Game all the time, so he had no problem sending him a beat to listen to back in 2010 ... so Game could decide whether or not he wanted to use it.
But Infamous claims he never reached any deal with Game, so he was shocked when the beat he made was turned into "Skate On," a song featured on Game's mixtape, "California Republic." Infamous is even credited as the producer on Wikipedia (see below
).
Infamous says he sent a letter to Game in April to try and get what's his ... but Game never responded.
Infamous says he usually charges between $20-$25,000 per song, but he's suing Game for damages in excess of $100,000. It's worth noting ... the mixtape is available for free online.

Mark DeBarge (from DeBarge) will spend half a year behind bars after his April drug arrest -- and he can look forward to some hefty community service too ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Mark was busted along with a female companion in a Hollywood hotel room ... after the woman's parole officer stopped by for a routine check and discovered narcotics.
Mark was charged with felony drug possession in addition to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with possession of a fake ID.
Mark pled "no contest" earlier this month to all three counts -- and was sentenced to 180 days behind bars. He was also sentenced to 30 days community service with Caltrans ... and 3 years formal probation.
Mark is currently in custody, and will begin serving his sentence immediately.
